Please contact us via email within 14 days (of receiving your item/s) for returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original garment labels and swing tickets attached. This helps to ensure that we can resell the products. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 business days from the time you make contact with us.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
No returns or exchanges on jewellery and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be posted within 5 business days of contacting us. We are not responsible for the loss of a parcel during transit. If this is to occur please contact Australia Post.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
Final sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Store credits are not available for final sale items.
Items reduced during sale periods are non-refundable. Exchanges are available if applicable or an option to receive a credit note is also available. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Pre-order items can be purchased now however they will only be shipped at the stated release date or shortly after. Please note details on item description for lead times of pre-order items.
Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellation on pre-orders that are placed.
If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives. If you would like your items to be shipped out seperately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two seperate purchases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
